dpdebrec, i reckon you have nailed your assessment of this stock on both a technical & fundamental basis.
a break of the recent highs of 5.9 should take the stock to 8-8.5 pretty quickly, with much higher levels in store in the medium term. the technicals seem to be supported by the fundamentals.
