A share consolidation works like this..Lets say you have 100,000 RCP shares today.After the consolidation of 10 for 1, you will own 10,000 only,but theoretically the shareprice will be marked up x 10.so today you have 100,000 x .009 cents.after consolidation yopu have 10,000 x .09 theoretically.

The positive is if the shareprice hols up then they can raise cash at higher prices.

The negative is there is far less liquidity but more imortantly the shareprice nearly always retreats often back to the original pre consolidation price hence leaving shareholders with virtually nothing..

Good on u RCP..yet another burdiken RCP total failure IMO

I wouldnt toch this dog with a 40 foot pole.
