At the very least BHP will have a "take or pay" arrangement in the tolling agreement to recover the costs spent to refurbish the Kambalda concentrator. Wyloo would know this and will either pay BHP out if it wishes to keep the ore for its own plant with IGO or maintain business as usual tolling with BHP which goes until 2025.
I'd think that Wyloo would want to maximse the tonnes through its own plant though.
