I think the word 'significant' might be the keyword there. Best case a few of the larger holders (there aren't many) combined with a lot of retail holders have been capitulating have been driving the volume. Seems strange though because that announcement was nothing really enough to move the dial. Need to keep an eye out for big sweep trades this afternoon because if it's driven by one big seller there is only one big enough and if it's them God himself won't save us.
