morning all,
just for newcomers in case you don't know my opinion - I vote no for consolidation.
I will say again about the sp - if you are an investor - and a lot of us here are. Basically we are all very happy with fml fundamentally - in fact so much so, we own parts of the company and most of us seem to vote it one of the best around.
Yes it is sort of pathetic to see the sp where it is ------- BUT, if you believe in this company - would you rather see the sp at 20c???
Of course our portfolios would look much rosier -- BUT, would you increase your holding? For my money - at 20c fml is probably a bit overdone and I would not increase holdings - but at 5c ???????? It really is a no brainer - the only problem at the moment is confidence, that's all.
We all know where the risks are and from my perspective, they are not great at all.
Most of the things we speak of as risks are not really there - cost of production? - anyone who knows the company knows why cost was up last quarter and why it will be down next quarter and half.
Reserves - yep, we all know that - but is there anyone out there who doesn't drink who thinks fml is going to run out of dirt for the mill?? This is Coolgardie, not Collins Street.
The ONLY real danger for fml is US - if we sell out cheap - if an opportunist comes our way.
Even if we had a disastrous consolidation and the market cap slumped - so what? - you are back to the only risk again - takeover.
If you are a trader it is a different game - but any trader worth their salt shouldn't complain about fml - you should either be able to know the game and make money from it - or you should be trading something else - or you should get a real job.
I hate to go on - but at 20c I am smiling - but sad because I can't buy any more. - and at 5c, or 2c etc. I am smiling because I am building - but I am sad because my portfolio isn't as big as it is going to be at 20c
Either way, you win and either way you lose.
It is all perception.
have a good day Pinto
