This really should be the last straw for shareholders. Obviously, the reason there are so many shares is because MDV's esteemed leader has constantly and unfailingly held his hand out for more cash year after year after year after year, causing massive dilution and a huge loss of real shareholder value.
So now we have a situation where he can't make a sale and wants to consolidate the shares so they can go into freefall all over again.
I believe that when it comes to shareholder interests, Mr McPherson is a master of the "reverse midas" and will guarantee more misery. He needs to be removed from his position immediately before he is allowed to casue even more carnage! What an insult.
