Zylotech (zyl ), with 1.206.794.778 shares on issue, one would think that the company may consolidate with that amount of shares, to bring up the share price and get the options up and running, for the excise date is 2 months away, 31st march 05, at 6 cents.
I got caught twice a couple of years ago, one company consolidated at 100-1, the other at 80-1, I ended with near nothing, compared to what I had. Thats why I am weary of companies with extra large amount of shares on issue.
