Guys you can find countless stocks that have fallen 60-80% over the last year.
Consolidations had nothing to do with those falls.
Market fears about the econonomy, commodity prices, the sector that those stocks are in, gearing levels, funding needs etc, etc.
Those are the factors to focuss on.
