If they really wanted to restructure the shares, they'd have done the share consolidation as part of the re-listing process.
By the way, share consolidations in Europe result is destruction of shareholder wealth in about 95% of cases and we absolutely hate them. I would vote against such a motion.
Each fund raising dilutes Gary & Rahul's holding in the company.
At the moment I prefer it the way it is, because AT&T & Verizon can keep knocking on the door wanting to buy us out and they know that until Gary & Rahul say yes, it can't happen. I don't think there going to let it happen for anything less than $1B.
Don't see any point discussing it any further until we've seen the figures in the quarterly report and where we were regarding break-even last quarter.
