Minerals Corporation Hold MSC - Take up option entitlement


Despite a short lived rally during July, Minerals Corporation (MSC) has yet to demonstrate any clear sign of an impending recovery, which is greatly disappointing. Last week the shares traded at a five year low of 8 cents, and further weakness cannot be ruled out over the near term in our opinion. Despite the pressure on the share price, we firmly believe that MSC is in deeply oversold territory. We also believe the company will realise its ambition to become a highly profitable producer of kaolin in the years ahead.
