I'm worried about the 'boys' when they dream up ideas like a shift to Moresby which introduces soverity issues & security costs. I still remember Bougainville in the 70's when the world's biggest copper mine got shut down. Today every expat in Moresby lives behind electrified wire with South Africa security escorting wives to the supermarket.
