There seems to be a fair bit of putting words in MSC's mouth. They have not said they are moving to Port Morsby but would be considering a second gas fired kiln there because costs at present look attractive. Read what MSC have to say here (click link)

Port Moresby is as good a secure zone that one can get in troubled Papau New Guinea. One has to consider reality of investing there thats for sure
