Hi All,
The reason that Mr Con (ala V Alexander)is talking about moving the plant to PM is because the start-up of the kiln has been a total failure. After spending a small fortune rebuilding it they haven't been able (or game) to fire it up successfully to produce any calcined kaolin product. The whole plant is an awful failure. They are having big problems getting the "grit" out, running the centrifuges and their membrane filters are totally blocked. The cost to replace these I am told is prohibitive and they don't have the funds. Because of this they have not been able to produce any product. All the stuff they have shipped out is material that was produced by the previous owners (Australian Kaolin Ltd) before they shutdown the plan and went broke. No broker I have spoke with in Brisbane or Sydney has ever seen the whole plant working and they all will not touch it with a 6 foot pole.
Mr Con is now trying to suck funds from the poor unsuspecting investors in the UK. I think he will find they are not as stupid as some of us downunder have been. About time the ASIC got involved in this one.
