Im not saying its not used, I am saying it is not long term hurt money which is what the banks want to see. It is First in, First Out money, and constrains cashflow in early years (when most needed) as stuff is mined/processed (at a cost) then given to the off taker to "repay" their "equity", Someone suggested above the company willl only put in $100m real equity with the rest of "equity" being prepayments, well that aint going to work
