At this stage all we know is what they disclosed they are negotiating with multiple offtake parties whose requirements exceed projected initial production. Presumably any reputable offtake counterparties will be doing their own due diligence assessment of the feasibility of the project (they will not want to commit to a project for resources they need without a degree of certainty they will eventually receive the contracted output.) and based on that the likelihood they will get finding.

With the level of Government support the project seems to have it would seem to me that quality offtake agreements for projected initial output will provide a solid foundation for any funding requirements
