Why would you want consolidation? Consolidation in nine out of ten ...no ninety nine out of one hundred cases leads to the shares trading at a discount to the multiple that was suggested by the consolidation. I know nothing of BLT but if it worked in that case, it is most definitely the exception and not the rule.
