My broker (DJ's) is telling me there's a delay of maybe 4 weeks...

My broker (DJ's) is telling me there's a delay of maybe 4 weeks in getting due diligence completed before we can proceed. All going ok though except for the red tape.

I queried the 1:22 consolidation. He says it would take something extraordinary for this to get larger (more than 22) and it fact DJ's feel it should be reduced. On that basis 0.09 c still looks like the floor when everything signed.

Promos unlikely before consolidation though so patience seems to be the key.
