I vote NO.... do a share buy back in 10% hits; you will be able to buy back 50% of the company before anyone notices
is there such a thing as an off market buyback.... take the $30 mill profit coming up this year, use all of it to buy back 30% of the share at $.04 (I bet no one would sell... in that case, make it an on market buy back)
if the company really thinks this is undervalued (I dont know what they think) use the daily cash earned to buy back, say 1 mill shares a day... everyone becomes a winner... free capital management with the press of a button
