1. What's to stop Vic from consolidating and then commence raising capital through dilution again?

2. Page 4 - 1.2(iii) states one of the reasons for consolidation is to save on asx fees. How high are these fees for them to be a main reason to be noted on an announcement? I am all for keeping costs down, but unless these fees are exorbitant, then management is really clutching at straws to use this as a reason for consolidation.

3. Simplesimone - Although i am not a current shareholder, i have held this stock for quite a length of time in the past and as such would like to hear your comments on management.
