I dont see why this consolidation is a bad thing.
I too have seen companys go through consolidation and then loose value after. But those company's growth strategys were much slower. By april you would think that first shipment would be ann and on its way, as well as getting their jorc.
They are looking further into aquisitions to grow the company.
If nsl had to raise 5m in future without consolidation they would be issuing 125M shares on its registry, where as at 20c
it would be 25M. Less dilution in the end keeping share holder value with the advantage of raising more coin to expand.

At least they arnt 10c like before doing a 1:4 consolidation @ 5c... nsl holders would of remembered that nightmare.
Im happy at the price they are at, makes me think that this share price was controled some what..
