dude read the latest ann in regard to the meeting/proxy form.
its under one of the resolutions i think 2.
as part of the listing rule the consolidation will be at 20c, but the multiple will be whatever is agreed upon or what the share price will be at the time.
Nsl will NOT be going to 4c after consolidation... you really think that after consolidation at 20c 1:5 basis, nsls market cap at 4c would be 8M. lol. only way that to happen is india went underwater, or managing director gave up persuing mines to produce IO.
