$3.40 on current closing price and yes if you own 20,000 shares current you will now own 2000, as for bly taking over companies I think they said they would be focused on the consolidation and further reducing debt as well as looking at making this company a force before any takeovers would be looked at. I see another fina dvisor in the SHS had bly as a strong buy as low debt now and very positive recruiting and future prospects.
