    I know consolidations are one thing that is done in preparation for a cap raising but I don't see it as likely with DRA. It doesn't fit, I mean we're about to go debt free with the last of the conv notes being redeemed, we've strong cash balance and the cash is rolling in. In short, we just don't need the cash from a cr.

    My opinion is they want to go shopping. DRA is at that stage as a company where they will be wanting to start growing and I think there's a difference between having 70 million shares on issue at $1.40 or 700 million shares at 14c. If I was in managements shoes and I was looking at finding some acquisitions, I know which I'd prefer. Announcing that you are paying $14m for something with 10 million shares sounds much more palatable to investors than 100 million shares. Just my opinion.
