consolidation?

What are peoples views regarding the proposed 1/20 consolidation?
VPG have offered some very weak reasons for this.

Such as
-The market has negative perception of a low share price.
-A higher priced share would minimize share price movement.
-To reduce volatility

IMO
-Management have caused negativity to SP by this proposal plus their lack of transparency in market updates.
-I think at this low state that we need to maximize share price movement, upwardly.
-Volatility would be our friend with some more positive news from management.
-At a post consolidation SP we would be looking at a much greater down side, while at present without a con. we are looking at greater up side

I will be saying NO to this resolution !!!

I also believe shareholder should be on deferred remuneration of distributions before a management who are failing us
