People should buy stocks based on their fundamentals. Worrying about consolidations should be the least of your worries and in my opinion shows a lack of understanding on how small cap stocks work. Look at the market cap and then determine whether you think it is a fair price for what the company has - in this case iron ore. It does not matter how many pieces of paper there are in the scheme of things. If there is a big announcement as George has alluded to (from what I have read in other posts), then this will get rid of any consolidation hangover. People are being really shortsighted and worrying unnecessarily. And before people continue with other stories where stocks have suffered after a consolidation, do they have big announcements to coincide? They are not SDL!
Geez!
