consolidation

I have been away for a while. I returned from abroad to find that these units are being consolidated. The instruction reads that 21 January 2011 is the "last day to register pre-consolidated units"

Are my pre-consolidated units automatically consolidated or is there a registration process. I am fairly cerrtain they are but you can never be too safe..... I never received any correspondance from the company which is probably due to my being overseas for a while and mail being shipped left right and centre.

Would appreciate some help here.
