hi vlad86 I'm against consolidation as i have being involved with about 6 none were good but agree about the quality of the company and FML is not the same company it was 12 months ago.

you posted a good argument to support the consolidation , considering recent events and future prospects going forward with FML CRE as a combined entity I'm in the same view as yourself and dare say many past knockers like myself will gladly support it now.
as FML evolves so should our views .
the number of shares should not be an issue its the market cap that counts. a tenth of ones holding will mean x10 the price =same value with better perception of FML in the market.
maybe a serious discussion in few months time once they bed this deal down
