I guess the question that really needs to be asked when prices fall post consolidation is, was it the consolidation, the market sentiment, or individual company issues that caused the price to fall.

I figure if a consolidation is done in a rising market with the Company achieving milestones, all should be ok.

However should a consolidation be undertaken in a GFC, 10% correction or bear market, then there could be "issues" with the post consolidation share price...
