For every 10 shares you own you will end up with 1 new share.
However:
10 Shares at current price of 0.13 cents = $1.30
After the consolidation you will have 1 share which should theoretically trade at $1.30 (i.e. you lose no value/money).
Obviously the next day the share opens it could commence trade at $1.29 or $1.28 but essentially you should be in the same financial position, just with a reduced number of shares.
