Funny watching how people say JBH shop is busy and they hold or buy stock based on that

ignoring that it face structure change taking from under its feet.

If you look at the result it doesn't sound that good, they open more store but their earning is still declining

that telling you they are losing sales or people don't shop
there as they used to or people move on and shop online...

for every $100 bucks JBH sell around $15-$20 go to Westfield rent... No wonder WDC result is a stunner while everyone else is struggling :-)

you wont see this impact when good time roll on and you pushing a lot of good ...but as sale decline
it going to hurt them bad and margin going to get squeeze and cost of doing business going up...

and if the trend continue before you know it they are going down the same road as Best Buy in the US ...
