    Given that the background chatter indicates that PTR is slipping downhill with no prospects I can only assume (as I indicated recently) that the recent interest is from green punters interested in a green stock.

    The small volume of share transactions does not indicate that anything significant is happening or about to happen.

    I would suggest that the reason the share price has risen is just due to the low turnover.
