Ptr still holding on to the major resistance level of 3c.
I thought a pull back could have happened by now?
If it can hold on it could quickly move to the 3.5level .
Doesn't need a lot of buying to get to the 10c.
Just no selling would help?
And there doesn't seem any bad news to come anytime soon either so definitely a possibility.
