I wish I could share your optimism saltocan.
I can't imagine why the share price has gone up except that with new buyers coming into the market PTR must seem like a reasonable punt to those lured by the promise of a green tinged penny dreadful.
The number of buys is small and though you correctly mention that there's no bad news, where's the good news?
As one who has far too much invested in this Company I'd love to see it boom but thus far I can't see any reason for it to do so.
