Just posted the following on VIL thread, but as these two companies have so much in common I thought it fitting to post here also, It seems both are still partners in Fausse Point which GGP seemingly do not wish to talk about anymore, BTW this play was to be their company maker so would these guys sell this into "private" hands down the track, most on here have forgotten all about this play?
The other common point is both had/have shares in the billions
VIL was 3.6 billion, soon to be over 10 billion (adjusted for pre-consolidation and rights issue)
GGP currently 4.5 billion and still growing (not including a potential rights issue, so if anything at all like VIL it could end up around 3x current shares at 12 billion if they do a consolidation and then a new issue)
