Lets lookat the facts

(a) reducing share price volatility (e.g. currently
a 0.1 cent minimum movement in the share price
represents a large percentage movement. Afte
r consolidation a 0.1 cent movement would
produce a much smaller percentage change);
THIS MEANS THE COMPANY EXPECTS THE SHARES TO TRADE UNDER 10 CENTS POST COSOLIDATION

(b) reducing negative investor percepti
ons associated with
a low share price;
WHAT SORT OF PERCEPTION WILL THE SMALL SHAREHOLDERS HAVE WHEN THEY TRADE UNDER 10 CENTS POST CONSOLIDATION

(c) positioning the company to be more attractive to longer term investors (in particular, Australian
and International institutional investors);
NOT IF THEY HEAD SOUTH OF 10 CENTS POST CONSOLIDATION

and
(d) administrative cost benefits.

WTF ANP WILL HAVE THE SAME NUMBER OF SHAREHOLDERS, I SUPPOSE 1 LESS DIGIT WILL SAVE POSIBBLY HOW MUCH???
