Nothing is free but it IS a reward for shareholders for sure unless you think the share price will drop to 0.00012 before the settlement date which is impossible.
This also on the opposite approved the last few day's sale is just someone's solo trading without knowing this great announcement.
I believe if the guy who sold his share at 1.4c will regret now. He will not get them back at 1.3 or cheaper.
