    E, I'm a big fan of consolidations because many investors, rightly or wrongly, are scared off by microcaps with billions of shares on issue.

    Also, psychologically many investors are scared off investing in companies with shareprices in the 1 cent range.

    It doesnt drive value or changes our fundamentals but it does simplify and neaten the capital structure. IMO.
