Clearview, it's a 1 for 10 consolidation, but zoomyjeff's figures are out-of-whack. What he meant was:
In effect 300,000 shares will become 30,000. With 30,000 shares post consolidation you will be entitled to 10,000 options at the price of 1.2cents per option.
