TTE is the third company I've had that's gone through consolidation, and all of them have continued to go down.
All three of them used the we need a higher share price to attract investors speech too.
I am unfamiliar with the companies that you've given as examples of positive consolidations but I wonder if their share price was stable before consolidation, as I think this is the key. If the share price is going south then a consolidation isn't going help change that.
