The new focus that PRC participation has brought about seems to be combining both Old Pirate high grade with Buccaneer lower grade ore to give a much larger and longer life operation.
This is going to require a full processing plant and mine infrastructure as well as a substantial lead time.
Share consolidation is the next step in the capital raising and financial structuring which will probably also involve forward selling of future production in some form.
This is shaping up to be an entirely different vision from the small high grade mine that was generated so much enthusiasm on this site.
