Yes, absolutely, you are quite right TBoy it depends on what you are used to so if you only ever buy or even look at shares that are under 10c on the Australian market that will kind of count you out won't it, vice versa if you won't look at a stock at less than $1. So to that extent I guess it matters, however, most "players" would I think look at the market cap in deciding what a company was worth and act accordingly.
FMG or KAR never had trouble getting to $12 any more than GBG (for example) to $1.50 or whatever, the market will sort it out
