Owenod think in terms of MC not share price, the MC is the value the market puts on the Company regardless of the number of shares.

Consolidation doesn't change the MC or the Value only the number of shares on the market, what is does do however is remove it from penny status and removes day or pip traders to some extent and makes it much more appealing for intos. In particular overseas instos. where shares are often in the multi dollar range.

A penny stock in many countries is something less than $1 or even $2 .
