I can't really see what difference a consolidation will make, so I'll probably vote for it.
The problem I see with the current number of shares is that if there is a slight rise in the SP (2 or 3 cents) then it gets so heavily traded, that it doesn't get a chance for a substantial rise. Maybe a lesser number of shares will stop that???
I will be voting against the remuneration report. - As satyr said, send management a notice that we're sick of them wasting our money. If the SP was around 0.50c, then I wouldn't care what they got paid.
It seems everyone here love Julian Chick but he got a $36,000 bonus and Lee Rodne got $100,000 as the SP dropped from 0.15c to 0.07c. Why do they deserve bonuses when that happens to our investment.
let's hope we can get 25% to vote against it
