Alright guys, some are afraid and some are happy with the consolidation. There are plenty of examples that a CR followed almost immediately after a consolidation and there are plenty where that hasn't happened.

The always used phrase to do a consolidation to attract more high calibre instos is common but useless as all depends on the supply / demand for shares. And that will be tested with the next 4 C. If we still have a huge cash burn - despite the biggest investments have been paid for - then we know how high the running costs are.

And shouldn't we see a good rise on the previous quarter money received then the probability of a CR gets viral. On top so far the market hasn't given the vax any credibility and chance to succeed - therefore the most don't expect any cash injection from a potential vax partner. What does that mean for us holders ?

1. Let's wait for the 4C to get a better understanding - but I still won't expect too much before July 2016.

2. If anybody is unhappy with the results don't just vote "NO" for the shares, send them an email demanding to change the resolutions to put a " at minimum 20c share price " condition on to it.

3. Unhappy with the current directors, vote " NO " but at the same time come up with some replacement ideas. We once voted for a HC-member to be on the board of IMI. It worked.

4. Or, if too concerned, sell. Better an ending with a loss then a loss without ending.

I am still holding but won't buy more after having checked the 4c and waited for the holders reaction. There could be a fall back into the 5c range if some think the 4C is bad and together with the CR fear a panic is possible. But should the 4C exceed expectations I'd be happy to buy more for a higher sp.

I will vote " NO " for the directors shares with the request to amend the resolution to add " once the sp reached 20c pre-consolidation " and will vote " NO " for all directors up for re-election with the request to allow to nominate a HC - member to the board to represent the interest of all small holders. Should they agree - because of people's power - I would be up to stand for election.

I would make sure that comp-anns would be made understandable, transparent und frequent. We are owners of AHZ, let's make use of it. Inundate them with emails stating your concerns, just complaining on HC won't change anything.
