Would you personally care to elaborate why you think the consolidation is such a bad idea? Or are you just another one of these pathetic traders who like to see 10% gains on 1 cent movements. It's time for ahz to step up and be a stable stock, they have taken the necessary steps to do that.
As for your comment about management being the worst enemy to the stock price. I would like to see you do a better job... And like a few people have said, if you don't like it, get out.
The only thing that is worth a "no" in the annual report is the bonuses. A clear flat no until the company is nearing cash flow positive. This isn't managements fault that they aren't there yet, but they can't be expected to have huge wages and a huge bonus at these levels. Keep working hard like you are and you'll get your bonuses when we get our gains in the stock price.
