I too am looking forward to hearing some more about the case... I think it will be on the lips of many shareholders at the Agm. Although I don't think they will be able to elaborate much.
To no avail I have asked general questions about it. The answers I receive basically state that, The court case relates to a subsidiary business called Admeds Regen where Admedus owns 86% of that Company. The case is not material to the day to day and long term running of Admedus.
I also have asked whether the ownership that was at 86% ( or currently 91% I think) would have an impact on profits. Ie. Patch sells at $1500. Will we only see $1275 of it?
In a nut shell I received something along the lines of.....
The 86% ownership of Admedus Regen doesn’t directly reduce and therefore impact the return we have as we have separate entities – one that manufactures the product, one that holds the IP (Admedus Regen) and the marketing partner to Admedus Regen which is Admedus.
