The word consolidation can be a crap word.
Many small Caps issue shares and more shares until they have BILLIONS......
They are forced to consolidate, yes? most eagle BOBS know this?
Why is MNM Different?????
MNM is a small cap with a bit over 500 Million shares which is not considered high for a small cap yes?
MNM is proposing a consolidation and a MERGER with another company...
This consolidations will not effect the MC. It will allow MNM to trade at a higher SP and because our merged company will have 16 plus million cash and assets we should be valued at 30 million PLUS.....
this means MNM will start to attract a different type of investor including the institutions....

Most importantly the consolidated MNM will not need to raise an cash so the consolidation will not be done for a CR purpose....
this is not a regular consolidation
