In march we have the merger with canadas intrepid and the share consolidation at 12 to 1.
This allows current production of 80k oz per annum,post merger to 160k in 07 and also adds an interesting portfolio of exploration tenements around the world.
The share registry will be cleaner with 1/12 of the shares on market.
SP will be around 80c on current market price.
Hedge book underpins any drop in gold price but allows 60% of gold production to enjoy the current gold price.
I am buying on any weakness as post merger will get the instos noticing.
