Good morning OOO,
I agree with graham that the consolidation is best done when the company is in production and there is strong appetite for shares.
Consolidations made with companies without a strong cash flow and therefore lackluster appetite for shares is a recipe for disaster in my opinion.
You will see your share value on the slightest wiff of a holdup or a negitive report plummet.
