well 3rd eye blind its funny you mention that.. I did hear just recently from someone who knows or knows of the gentleman who pegged our area originally also pegged the VRX tenement (so im told) & hes pretty switched on in regards to flaura/fauna rules & regs surrounding tenaments & mining them.. Cant remember what it was but their ground has something on or in it that could make getting Mining Approvals hard/tricky/difficult & our ground is totally free of whatever the hell it is( my brains gone blank & cant remember) hence why he only went ahead with our (CRB) area... As you said he is very diligent & does his homework on ground he finds im told... Will definately be on the look out in the future if he is mentioned with any other ground/ Minerals found.. All the BEST...
